General Terms and Conditions
- Applicability: Only within India. No returns/refunds for international orders.
- Eligibility: Returns accepted for incorrect items or manufacturing defects. Handmade variations are not considered defects.
- Non-refundable Items: Personalized or customized products.
Return Process
- Initiation: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos of defects.
- Shipping: Arrange for shipping or await reverse pickup instructions.
- Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 7-10 days upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds via the original payment method or as store credit for COD orders.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer service.
